The company is an international trading and logistics company that specializes in the B2B distribution of high-quality agricultural raw materials and food ingredients across Europe.

Are you a detail-oriented finance enthusiast looking to advance your career in a thriving international business? We are seeking a driven Junior Accountant who wants to gain valuable hands-on experience under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
If you have a sharp eye for numbers, Excel is your best friend, and you want to be part of a major international player, this is the right opportunity for you!

key responsibilities:

* invoicing: issuing, processing, and matching incoming and outgoing invoices.
* ledger management: managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
* inventory accounting: handling warehouse accounting
* data & reporting: working daily within the ERP system, data entry, Excel reporting, and supporting monthly/annual closing procedures.
* authority communication: communicating with Czech government authorities, customs, health insurance companies, tax offices, and banks.
* daily tech: utilizing Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel) and accounting software on a daily basis.


who we are looking for:

* education: higher education degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
* experience: ideally around 1 year of experience in accounting (experience with Pohoda E1 Premium or a similar ERP system is a huge plus).
* hard skills: knowledge of Czech accounting standards, Czech tax law, and knowledge of Excel.
* language skills: native in Ukrainian and/or Russian, upper Intermediate level of English, intermediate in Czech
* soft skills: high responsibility, stress resistance, efficiency, and a proactive approach.
* eligibility/visa: legal residence and permission to work in the Czech Republic.
